By accessing and using the CJM Roofing website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
Services Overview
This website is operated by CJM Roofing, a roofing contractor based in Crystal Lake, Illinois. The site provides information about our cedar shake and synthetic shake roofing services in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin, and allows visitors to request free on-site estimates.
SMS Program Description
CJM Roofing operates a text messaging program for homeowners and property owners who contact us. Messages are sent by CJM Roofing. There are two separate programs, and you consent to each one separately.
- Transactional messages. Estimate updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, crew arrival notices, and replies to questions you have asked us.
- Marketing messages. Seasonal service reminders, maintenance offers, and promotions.
Our forms include an optional, unchecked checkbox for each program. Consent to either is entirely optional and is never required to submit a form, request an estimate, or purchase any service from us.
Separately, if you call our tracked phone line and we cannot answer, we may send one automated text message to the number you called from, telling you we missed your call and inviting you to reply. That message is a direct reply to your call. Reply STOP and we will not text that number again.
Text Messaging Terms
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and are charged by your wireless carrier, not by CJM Roofing.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. For assistance, reply HELP, or contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number or your SMS opt-in data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers, including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. CJM Roofing is not responsible for messages that are delayed, misdirected, or not delivered as a result of carrier issues, network conditions, device settings, or any factor outside our reasonable control.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, to submit forms requesting services, and to opt in to receive text messages from us. By using our website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
Use of Website
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with any other party's use of the site.
Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any information displayed.
